Daddy Shark Swim School Wins Double Silver at Swim England National Awards 2024

We are incredibly proud to share that Daddy Shark Swim School has been recognised as one of the best in the country, earning Silver in two prestigious categories at the Swim England National Awards 2024: Swim School of the Year and Swim Teacher of the Year, awarded to our co-founder Neil Ireland.

Hundreds of loyal customers nominated us, and we were thrilled to be named one of the top three swim schools in the country. This honour reflects our dedication to swimming excellence and water safety.

For over five years, Daddy Shark Swim School has been a trusted name in swimming education in Ormskirk and Southport.

Founded by husband-and-wife team, Neil and Emma Ireland, both Swim England Level 2-qualified swim teachers, the school has grown into a thriving hub for children’s swimming lessons.

The school was inspired by Neil and Emma’s love for swimming with their own daughters, now aged 13 and 11, and their passion for sharing this life skill with others.

Our lessons blend technical expertise with a warm, family-centered approach, helping every child thrive in the water.

We teach children of all abilities and hold certifications as an Autism Swim and Children’s University Approved Learning Provider.
