At Daddy Shark Swim School, we work with schools and nurseries to deliver fun, safe and structured swimming lessons for children aged 3–7 — all built to slot straight into your day without disruption.

It’s simple, it works, and the kids absolutely love it.

How It Works

Lessons run in 30-minute group sessions during the school or nursery day, keeping everything consistent with your routine. Sessions take place at our private indoor pool in Ormskirk, with one of our experienced in-water teachers leading every lesson.

Your staff stay poolside to support and reassure the children, helping them settle quickly and feel confident. The structure stays the same each week, so children know exactly what to expect — which makes a huge difference at this age.

A Pool Built for Little Sharks

Everything is designed with younger swimmers in mind. Our private pool means no public sessions or distractions, just a calm, controlled environment where children can focus and feel safe.

The shallow 0.9m depth is ideal for early swimmers, the water is kept warm, and the surroundings are relaxed and welcoming. Group changing facilities also make things straightforward for schools and nurseries bringing children over together.

What They’ll Learn

We follow the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme, adapting sessions to suit the ability of each group.

Children build water confidence, learn how to move safely, float, kick and travel short distances, as well as how to enter and exit the pool safely. Alongside swimming skills, sessions naturally support listening, turn-taking and following instructions.

Most importantly, they leave with confidence — not fear — which is exactly what you want at this stage.
