Yay! Thank you for booking in! Here's what you need to know.

We operate a double nappy policy. If your child is not confidently potty trained please put a Konfidence Splashy Nappy over their usual disposable or reusable swim nappy. Grab your 10% discount here.
Your child will need a swimming cap for any lesson where parent/carer doesn’t get in the water, swimwear, a towel and most probably a post-swim snack! We supply everything else including floats.
Please ensure your child has a swimming cap with hair tucked in if they’re enrolled in a 1:1 or group lesson without their parent/carer in the water.
For children happily putting their face in the water, we sell two types of goggles: Aquasphere Seal Kid 2 for ages 3-8 and Speedo Futura Biofuse Flexiseal Junior for ages 7-12.
The use of mobile phones poolside or in the changing rooms is not permitted. If you receive a phone call during your child’s lesson please take this outside of these areas. In Ormskirk this will mean going outside.
Children not taking part in a lesson must remain under the supervision of their grown up.
Food cannot be consumed poolside or in the changing rooms.
Swimmers should not eat for an hour before their lesson.

If your child is unwell:

Any incidents of vomiting or diarrhoea must have ended 14 days before next swim.
Colds and coughs/COVID/flu, avoid swimming with a high temperature, green mucus or generally not feeling well enough.
Chest / ear infections do not swim.
Chicken pox: please wait until all scabs have fallen off.
Please seek medical advice if you’re unsure.

When you arrive

Ormskirk-

Please reverse park at the main entrance to the school, not on the grass or anywhere that blocks another vehicle.

Enter via brown double doors, NOT the changing room doors.

Southport-

Let reception know you’re here for a swimming lesson with us when you arrive. Wait with your child at the entrance to the pool via the changing rooms for your teacher to come and collect your child. Please do not leave your child unattended poolside.

Changing facilities

Ormskirk-

Please arrive swim ready, you can change after the lesson. There are male and female changing rooms and two small private rooms. Please do NOT leave belongings in changing rooms during your child’s lesson.

Southport

There are male and female changing rooms with private changing cubicles pre- and post-lesson. There is a family changing room poolside if your child is aged 9 or over and the opposite sex to the adult bringing them to swimming lessons, access via the door in the cafe.

Double nappy policy

If your child is not yet toilet trained, we need you to put a well-fitted neoprene nappy over their normal swim nappy. A suitable nappy is the Konfidence Splashy Nappy or Splash About Happy Nappy.
